Project Background
MFA Oil Company wanted a system to allow customer’s the ability to easily review and manage their account on any device. Customer’s needed the option to place orders, access statements, make payments, review account tax exemptions and submit various request. The portal needed to integrate with the company’s ERP system as well as meet business requirements.
The Solution
Working with a third party we heavily customized their software to meet the business needs and requirements. I collaborated with several project stakeholders throughout the company to design responsive, user centered prototypes that the developers used as a guide to build the customer portal.
