Project Background
MFA Oil Company needed a point of sale system that allowed customer service representatives the ability to easily look up customers, place orders, review statements, take payments and update customer details. The new point of sale system also needed to integrate with the company’s existing ERP system.
The Solution
Working with a third party we heavily customized their system to meet the business needs. I collaborated with several project stakeholders throughout the company to design prototypes that the developers used as a guide to build the system.
